THIS IS SUCH A GIFT AHHH let me try to get my thoughts in order

- i am very familiar w junan esp on cyzj and this premise is absolutely perfect for them (am thinking of junhui, umprompted, calling yanan an angel and "confessing" etc etc + yanan calling him frivolous w the fondest expression and saying I'm not good at rejections and anyways junhui loves me so much ;_;)

- your writing!! is so precise and lovely! i've said this before but it will always astonish me! all the detailed ways u reveal how well junhui knows yanan, their clear differences in personality and habit (yanan saving the work on his computer, junhui whining when he fails to surprise yanan), their back and forth

- VITA AND VIRGINIA u worked them so well into this!! <333 junhui's tiny monologue after catching yanan off guard i will cry <33333

- some fave lines bc if i could quote the entire thing i would:

"But he’s been Yanan’s for half his life and nothing short of a nuclear disaster is likely to change that."

and of course the "And yet." !!! and "Junhui meets his eyes. “Would you have me anyway?”"

i rewatched a junan compilation to get in The Mood for this and it rly just astounds me how openly supportive + openly flirty they were on that show (and elsewhere) ;_; is RIGHT!!!! i'm glad you like the two of them because i truly had no idea alsjdlk.. i was planning to rewrite the first quote into jun's dialogue but i realized it was just so close to something he'd actually say [to yanan] and it k1lled me. so happy you liked it!!
