Hi! You can definitely write a fill inspired by two prompts. What others have done before is to post the fill as a comment reply to one prompt, and then write a comment on the other prompt with a link to the fill. That way people can see that a fill has been posted on both prompts, but you have one place to receive comments etc. Hope that works for you!
