Wow, this gave me chills. It’s beautiful. Your descriptions of Minghao and Soonyoung get so much across so succinctly - their humanity, their complexity, their passion. The sea is given an incredible weight in this story too… I got such an amazing and complicated sense of awe/fear/respect/recognition which I LOVED. These lines in particular: The first time Minghao saw a storm up close, it felt like he was inside his own heart. + There’s an intimacy in the witness; in watching an outstretched hand grasp at nothing. In knowing what someone looks like when every part of them is fighting for survival. …seriously, beautiful. I teared up. Thank you so much for sharing this!!
