i loved how i asked for wonhan and i got wonhan (me also coming from a particularly nasty gyuwonhan that i also asked for) thank u for making my dreams come true :3
this whole thing is absolutely cinematic and it almost feels like im in a movie, or in some sort of dream. i loved the little tidbits/lines that you put in there that give us a sense of + characterize wonhan: ie. he doesn’t know why he had called wonwoo in the first place. he should have taken the bus home, ordered some chinese food and slept the day off. like it was any other day. / ...wonwoo meets his eyes through the rear view mirror for a brief moment, asking why without asking , the other little tidbits about their order preferences - which absolutely killed me btw, i am a huge advocate of love being stored in food/knowing how someone likes their food). it gives this delicious sense of reluctance, like i care for you but it kind of kills me to admit it because i'm not really sure where you stand on the matter PLUS our shared history makes me scared of being committed to being hurt again. like a, i've been down this road before, and what has it gotten me? ITS SO GOOD.
and jeonghan's being horrible on purpose as a defense mechanism to see who's really here to stay plus wonwoo's always thinking/never doing dilemma to get thrown out the window when jeonghan (object of his affection) is in danger i'm clenching my fists.... ( at some point, jeonghan holds back his tears because wonwoo is supposed to be the smart one between them, he shouldn’t have jumped into the water because something worse could have happened, he should have known that it was a prank—
“since when were you this gullible?” jeonghan turns to him, glaring, “even if i was really drowning, you can't jump into the water like that. this isn't a movie, wonwoo.”)
the ending line about going to watch the sea + still having the ambiguity of a nonanswer is like. so them. thank u. thank u so much
