ohhhh this is such a treat. where do i even start?!?! i'm only somewhat familiar with bridgerton (i haven't watched it) but this au really worked for me. like the bridge between fake dating and seokgyu's begrudging partnership is *chef's kiss* very excellent. between managing the social pressure and both of them being horrible at the dating scene, this premise is perfect for seokgyu because 1) they have the same issue and 2) need each other to maintain the facade. and seokmin is just so headstrong (the sort of consideration he had all but declared Mingyu unworthy of from their first meeting) and mingyu is kind of a wreck who is out here catching feelings even though seokmin is RUDE... i love them!!! your mind!!! also love how much went unspoken but Felt throughout the fic

all Mingyu could do was trail after him like any other besotted fool in his wake
