was already obsessed w this and then i read klav's comment about how much time minghao spends waiting in this fic and was brain blasted. you are so intentional and put so much care into your writing always! i think one of my favorite things about this story was the opening, that burst of levity as wonwoo awkwardly jokes his way around the sincerity and then immediately acknowledges what he's done. this fic is about junhao but (and??) opening without junhui felt so thematically essential.

also: perhaps my fave line is the one about the two of them inviting comparison. so writerly without breaking the fourth wall, i loved it. happy 17hols indeed this rly is the best time of year!!
